Role Description The Young Apprentice will be responsible for keeping the Service team’s systems operating reliably, focused on the quality and veracity of information, generating documents that will support daily operations, supporting the team in managing its requisitions and managing access to Bullhorn. Principle Accountabilities: Oversee, manage, and report data on key performance indicators focused on the Service team. Develop spreadsheets and dashboards for data visualisation while aiming for productivity improvement. Administer the ATS/CRM (Bullhorn) while following up with Service team if necessary. Process payments using D365, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support the financial department by maintaining and updating contractor information in Bullhorn. Assist with Global Mobility tasks, including logistics coordination and interaction with contractors. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and contractor management. Provide administrative support for various financial operations as required. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Advanced English skills. Office package. Power BI is a plus. Ability to apply critical thinking skills. Interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
