MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES – Responsible to learn about the processes in the area of services, including software or associated with customer care – Implement practical and theoretical knowledge required for the performance of their duties. – Follow up on assignments, supported by appropriate supervisor QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: – Educational training: University / College degree in Administration, Human Resources Technician, Engineering Execution HR, or the like – Specific knowledge and skills: theoretical knowledge in personnel administration, including labor law and remuneration process – Attitudes and Behaviors: Customer focus, organization, good skills of oral and written communication Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP affirms that inequality is detrimental to our associates, our clients, and the communities we serve.
